Flat Fee:
- AQHA- $120/horse. Includes all AQHA/Small Fry, unlimited riders. Does NOT include special event,
stall, shavings, camping, AQHA processing, office fees
- PHBA- $120/horse. Includes all PHBA/Small Fry, unlimited riders. Does NOT include stall, shavings,
camping, PHBA processing, office fees
- PHBA PB- $120/horse. Includes all PHBA/Small Fry, unlimited riders. Does NOT include stall,
shavings, camping, PHBA processing, office fees
Class Fees:
- Level 1 Youth/Am/Small Fry Classes $12/class/judge
- Open/Amateur/Youth Classes $15/class/judge
- NSBA: $14/class
- Special Event: $14/judge/class – NOT included in the flat fee
- Office Fee: $8/horse/judge
- AQHA Processing Fee: $10/horse/judge
- PHBA Processing Fee: $10/horse/judge
- Credit Card Fee: 4%
- Stall Fee: $110 for weekend; Haul-In: $35/day:
