VHC offers convenient on-site camping for you and your horse!
Our facility features over 100 campsites with water and electric hookups in four campground areas, all conveniently located within walking distance of the barns and indoor and outdoor arenas. Campsites are located in the northeast and southwest corners of the VHC, on top of the hill near the Pavilion, and in front of Anderson Coliseum.
Our campgrounds are conveniently located near grocery stores, dining options, lodging, and a variety of other amenities to ensure your comfort.
The quaint town of Lexington offers three colleges, historical sites for the history buff, outdoor recreation on the Maury River, and near the Blue Ridge Parkway/Appalachian Trail, breweries, farms and agriculture, and family activities galore!
